Character Creation Rules
Stats: 28 point buy. No race restrictions, starting level 1. Custom Classes, feats, etc will be on per case basis. +1 stat point for every 4 ranks (Caps at 32 points) in Bluff, Intimidate, Sense Motive, Gather Info, Knowledge Local (Sharn), Perception
Instead of starting gold you get one of the following:
-One Everbright lantern
-Two Tanglefoot Bags
-One set of manacles
-One Set of Identification Papers that allow you to move where you need to in Lower Dura and any public space in the rest of Breeland.
-Two Cure Light Potion's
-One Feather Fall token
-Two of the following: a Club, Short Sword, Sling, Light Crossbow with 10 bolts, or a Light Shield
-One of the following: Leather, Scale, or Banded Mail. Made to Look like a guard uniform. (provides a +2 to intimidate and bluff for creatures with less than 4 HD relating to guard duties)
-One set of Nobles Clothes for ceremonial dress
-One set of nonmagic clothes (for off duty purposes) of your choosing
-10 Gold. +2 Gold for every 4 ranks in Bluff, Intimidate, Sense Motive, Gather Info, Knowledge Local (Sharn), Perception
